For this project, I was tasked with creating postcards for a fictional location. These designs needed to incorporate both typography and images in a style of my choosing. I decided to design postcards inspired by Animal Crossing: New Horizons, particularly general locations and experiences that do not vary between players. As an avid fan of Animal Crossing, I loved designing and crafting these postcards! I was excited to lean into a more illustrative, screen printing-inspired style, as I often do not have the opportunity to heavily incorporate illustration in my work.
